Keep this healthy lifestyle journey. My update: I am at the lowest weigh Ive been in the past 2 years…148.6 lbs! 10 more pounds to go and I will be at my weigh at my wedding day 13 years ago!     Exercise. Do weights at home. If you have two dumbbells you can do squats, arms, burpees etc. I am 100% sure if you do workout fot at least 20 mins a day you will shock your body and break the plateau. Meal prep + strength training is the key!

    Yes the physical difference in your appearance is very noticeable…you look great dear. When you reach your goal…you should pick out a new favorite outfit/dress and show off your hard work girl. You deserve to show off your hot self๐Ÿ˜Š!

    Its crazy to me that I weight twice as much aa you do but I feel like I can relate to your struggle. Like you get it. I love watching your progress. Mentally and physically. Keep going! The 130s are calling your name.
