These are some of the exercises I am doing at the moment. I currently split my weight training between 3 days. Sorry in advance for all the sweat haha!

If you are a beginner, try doing the exercises without weights or with really light weights until you get used to the movements. If money permits, hire a personal trainer for one or two sessions to check your form so that you are executing the moves safely!

    Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on many youtube and I thought they were scam. However after my work buddy follow it, and finally lost tons of weight by using it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

    Hi there, have you thought about this diet plan known as the Fenoboci Diet Plan? My buddy says it helps people lost lots of weight. Is that possible? I also heard many excellent review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

    My partner and i couldn’t believe it when my co-worker advised me regarding the diet program β€œsowo hope site” he’d found. Search it on Google. I can hardly believe my eyes when she lost 15 pounds so quickly I could almost watch the lbs melt away as she worked.

    So I did the majority of the leg workout and my booty has already shown a difference! haha. I'm getting ready to do the arm workout. I love the 6 reps 5 sets idea. I sweat a lot more and can lift more weight. thank you again Lozza, so helpful.

    OK here is a request from me…gluten and dairy free mealprep…sadly this hits home for me. I find it hard to substitute dairy in my meal preps, bcs I used to love cheese and cottage cheese and milk….and I am not sure if I am taking in enough protein and calcium this way…
