4. Plank skiers

5. Squat to heel lift
6. Mountain climbers to opposite toe touch

3. Reverse curl to extensions

    That was really hard for me. I was not able to finish the abs. It would be great to do a work out like this but at beginner level with still a good amount of time to keep moving body. Thank you ❤️

    Wow, that was a good, but tough one. I agree with Gloria, the cues and reminders about doing the moves correctly, is so valuable and helpful. It's amazing what a small correction or tweak makes. Thank you!

    This has to be one of the most intensive workouts I’ve done with you over the past 2 months!! I have never sweat so much! And for this week, third day in a row we’ve hit the abs! I really need this! Thanks!

    Love this one, PJ. I like all the cues and reminders about doing how to do the moves correctly. Sometimes I'm not sure which muscles I'm supposed to be feeling and your instructions help a lot. It was a great cardio and core workout for me.

    Whew! That was great… In a "I know I'm gonna benefit from this" kind of way 😉. I miss step and aerobic dance, actually. Somehow I just find them much more pleasant ways to get my heart rate going 😋. Loving being a part of your Patreon community. A great way to stay motivated!

    Another good workout, I did this outside this morning. I cant seem to find the links you refer to in your videos. Also, I have arthritis in my big toe also. I have been a bit discouraged that I have kept fit all my life but still struggling with arthritis and joint issues, frustrating. Getting old isn't for the weak!!

    Fabulous workouts during our lock in. Hervey Bay, Queensland Australia. Won’t be going back to my gym. No where near as complete instructions to prevent further back injuries than yours. By the way I can keep up and I’m 65 so you have a way to go before your old.

    Really great workout. I had kidney cancer and a kidney removed last summer, needed a workout to get me back into fitness. I found this very hard, but I know that I will get better the more I do it. Thank you PJ all the way from Buckinghamshire in the UK, can’t get to a gym due to lockdown, but hey, who needs it with quality stuff like this!
