    I just started piyo and it is hard I feel like I am such a falure sometimes but I'm trying is this normal to have my knees and and hurt so much I hope you see this you are so inspirational

    Does anyone feel like when you start you’re so bad that you don’t feel like you are accomplishing anything? I feel like my workout is a waste

    at 200lbs (5' 2") can do you recommend this as a starter or Slim in 6?

    When I look at my workout options, I actually come to youtube and watch your reviews, your modification videos, and then make a decision. Thank you so much for sharing your journey and your insight.

    I am so happy to see a larger women doing this. I have gotten a 100 lbs (high waight was 465) gone in a year by changing my eating and walking. Been looking for workouts i can do i am 57 years old and i have arthritis in all my joints and back. So slow and easy is the way to go. I love your real addatude. Keep up the good work.

    I just saw this thanks I wanted to start working out at home 235b but need to start slowly and was looking around for exercise tapes to buy (tapes) I'm old school ( DVD) & was looking at piyo I am going to buy it ! Thanks & get moving

    I am so glad I saw your plus size planks options in a Facebook article from Wise Mind Health Body. I am 40 and weight 253 lbs. I have struggled with changing my eating habits and exercising for the last 13 years. When I have put my mind to it I lose about 15 lbs and fall off the wagon. Seeing you as a plus size doing exercise makes me want to try again. You addressed a lot of issues I have like becoming frustrated by being the largest person in a class and not being able to keep up or do the steps right. I am very self conscious and worry about doing it wrong and looking foolish. I look forward to watching more of your videos and learning how to modify the exercises so I can build a better core and self.

    Just discovered PiYo and I am loving it! Love that there are modified moves and that I can do it. You are so right about the grace. I thought I would totally fail at my first class but I didn't! I may not be able to do moves like Charlene or my instructor but I am doing them! Love this tips …going to get a yoga strap for sure just to be able to stretch my quads! Now I need to find your group πŸ™‚

    Where did you get your jump mat? I have trouble with regular yoga mats not giving me enough cushion. Thanks!

    I emailed about the group, but I was just sent the 5 tips PDF file. Β I'd really like some info on the group. Β Very interested in PiYo, but I would need significant modifications. Β I have PCOS, Metabolic Syndrome, and Diabetic.
