    My name is Alexandra. I had to completely change my diet about 4 years ago. I found out that I was allergic to dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, eggs red meat and peanuts. I also cannot buy any processed foods even if they state they are vegan, gluten free etc. I can eat only veggies and then only certain ones. I stick with the fruits and vegetables I can eat. I only eat chicken or fish. I drink only almond milk and use it in my cooking. I eat about 30 grams of carbs a day and only in the morning. I love this message. I am 69 years old and recovering from knee replacement surgery in September. I had been working out at the gym prior to the pandemic. Lucky for me I found your website bon u tube and started working out with you. Thanks! So much for being there. Now I am able to to upper body strength and training with you in chair! This has helped along with my PT work outs along with walking with my cane for 20 minutes around my neighbor hood, or the park and on the bike path next to the river to take in the beauty! Thanks for being there 😊

    Hello PJ. I LOVE YOUR ROUTINES AND YOUR COMMENTS! I have been searching for training videos I could actually follow and that are entertaining at the same time, and that is what you give. I am 51 not in bad shape, but not in the best shape either, so your workouts are a perfect complement to the 20 minutes of rapid walk on the treadmill I was already doing in my basement, since the beginning of the Covid-19 confinement, in Montreal, Canada. I guess in my case, you could say that the confinement has given me the extra boost to get back into shape, especially now that I work from home, which is a challenge in itself because it is sooooo easy to pack those extra pounds on, quickly.     Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am 53 years old. I was a runner until I had bone fragments become loose in my knee and I had a scope to remove. Every since then, bursitis and arthritis kicked in BIG TIME. When I work out sometimes I can barely lift my knee to go upstairs. I want to lose weight menopause has kicked in and it's SOO TOUGH! I am not trying to be a super model. Truly just want to fit my size 12 comfortably. A size 10 would be a dream come true. About 30 pounds is what I would love to lose. I love your videos. Thank you for this!

    I'm all about balance – it's what I teach clients and try to practice myself. I'm glad you're taking this direction! I will admit, though, that the bloopers were my favorite part. It felt like more of the real and unedited PJ showed up there, and I love the real and unedited you–isn't that what it's all about, too–not trying to be perfect or all put together?

    I'm 60 and SO glad I found you! I'm fairly fit and active and have been looking for routines that challenge me without making me feel like a weak old lady. I get my sweat on and feel that fabulous burn with you and love every second! Thank you!

    Thank you that was uplifting. I’ve lost 17 pounds and kept it off for 2 years but am 49 and struggling with life changes and can’t seem to maintain. I work out 6 days a week and eat healthy. I would like to push past this plateau

    I am watching your videos for 2 or 3 weeks from Auckland, New Zealand. They helped a lot dieing the convoys kickdown. I love your message about balance. So true and we keep forgetting about it all the time. I am very happy to find your programmes for women over 40. It's a breath of fresh air.

    i love the idea of finding your balance, been doing different diets for probably 55 years . In dec will be the big 70. Love my protein, but not crazy of veg.

    Bloobers! You always makes me smile….and I totally agree with balance. I love that you recommended the mediation app to use for sleep aid and I agree about calorie counting doesn't work, but when it comes to exercise, you know that I like workouts that make me hurt….but that's me and I'm weird. love and lunges….Faithful Patreon member…Adrienne from Tampa Bay, FL

    You are so right! Love this concept! This is how I have been living my life for the past 6 years and I have been much happier than beating myself up. And surprise, surprise, I am in the best shape I have been in my whole life. I could stand to tone up a bit more but I want to enjoy my life, not just worrying about diet and exercise constantly. It is a lifestyle, so it is something that will be sustainable and fit into your life.
    I have done intermittent fasting and that has really helped me to be in tune with my body and eat when I am hungry, not because it is “breakfast” time or lunch time or bored time.
