    Hi Natalie. Happy I found you on YouTube. Your videos are a welcomed voice. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I'm 51 years old and live in the US. I too struggle with unwanted extra pounds. My plan is to refocus my efforts on my overall health and wellness is 2018. Keep up the good work in 2018. I will be watching.

    I’ve always worked out, but since turning 52 I’ve started to gain those unwanted lbs … You know they creeped on so easily and are refusing to leave 😩xx

    46?? Β Yeah right!!! I started running again when I turned 50, four years ago. Β  I found it really helps with my metabolism and weight control. And when I Β was in London in August, I went for my daily runs in Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and loved it. Β I wish I could do that everyday. You are sooo lucky. Thanks for sharing and the inspiration.

    Natalie, great video! I walk fast in Ken gardens via Hyde Park and back, approximately 7km one way. I completely agree about skin clearing as well as benefits for the mind. I always feel so refreshed and rested. Hyde Park is stunning in the autumnπŸ‚πŸŒ°πŸπŸ„ but I love Kensington gardens more as there is a lot more greenery and the park is less windy. Xxx
