    Some idea for diet plan, if you want a Tim Hortons French vanilla but with high protein and low carbs, you simply need a nice brew black coffee and mix with 1 scoop protein powder to create a version of French vanilla or cappuccino. It taste very good.

    Saturday morning video catch up!! Nice supp suggestions. I have to stay away from the fish oil though. I put a hardboiled egg everyday in my salad. Use the egg slicer and it tastes good in salad and adds some protein to my diet

    Suggestion: Steel cut oats are better and I think you might like the taste better. I get mine from Bob's Red Mill and stay away from Quaker which is owned by the tobacco industry. I put ground chia seeds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds on my Greek yogurt for lunch. Flappjacked one pancake with berries and/or other fruit and Greek yogurt no syrup needed.
