    Back in August 2019 I weighed 257 lbs. I started listening to these self hypnosis things and read up and made a number of changes. This is a tool to help someone who is seriously fed up. Today I weigh 175. That's pretty impressive since I've been over 215 for over 25 years. I'm about to be 47. I've also discovered that I love to mountain bike. (Not that well but I get up when I fall and get back on!)

    Please change the words slim for strong, proportional or something else. We have a lot better language out to describe healthy weight loss.

    I listened for only 2 days so far and today my normal cravings came to mind out of habit but I did not want them. I decided ro keep listening every day! For once I feel I have hope! Thank you so much for this!

    I heard this only 43 min and fell asleep , I don't know if it's ok but for the first time I felt so comfortable in my bed , this is my first day and already i think positively and don't want to eat junk food anymore

    Ok so here my story i started to listen to this about a month maybe?At first i was listening for curiosity and then i randomly, i start eat less and made my food in portions. I also start to exercise and feel better about myself. I havent weighted myself because i get to attached to the scale.

    I was skeptical about this but I tried it. Right before I went to sleep, I played this(although my phone stopped the video itself after 4 hours). I woke up, had fruit snack packet, went on a walk, came back and only took 2 bites of dinner before I felt โ€œfullโ€. No joke. I will now play this as often as I can to continue trying. Iโ€™ll comment below my own comment through my journey.

    I have been listening to this for a week and dropped ten pounds just from switching eating habits and doing pt daily. I listened to a different person's version of this and ended eating more than I needed too. So I'll stick with this one every night cause it works better with me.
