    Any kind of exercise improves muscle mass.
    Weight training alone builds artificial muscles that have no endurance. Walking is very effect for burning fat.

    1st tip: weights aren't the only way to get super strong. Calisthenics. Let's not forget this bad boy. It not only builds solid amount of muscle mass, but strengthens your tendons too, which is what strength truly is. If you can bench 300kg, but can't do shit with your own body, well then…

    I need to start implementing this vedio while it's my anniversary day 27 December 2019 I have got married being 91.5 kg and I am 74 kg so i starved my self to lose weight and feel convertable b/c I have bad digestion problem i had tried every diet plan I see in YouTube and when started to watch Joanna soh I knew that she is absolutely amazing and I think to follow her rules when I reach my normal weight and now I have tired trying weight loss starving diet plan like 500 kcl per day no salt no sugar no oil only oats yogurt apple banana and i loss 5kg per month I do work out once or twice a day every single day because I have any other activities to do except to prepare to food and bed so any consult send me and wish me lucky to see how works for me

    My cousin laughed when I told them I was planning to lose weight with just implementing Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed them amazing effects after I used it they're begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won't let them know the details about this diet plan, lol

    This is so timely! Thank you Joanna! It seems the universe heard my thoughts, my intention to change which led me here 😃… after feeling guilty of all the food I had from Christmas dinners visiting various friends, increasing weight, which I couldn’t understand knowing that I control my diet, I am physically active… subconsciously, I keep telling I must do something about my body and respond to this noise in my head… and then here I came across in this video that seems truly heard my very noisy mind asking where to start with my intention to change… you’re my best Christmas gift this year hahah!
