Mimi I had to look back on how strong you were! Haha youβre crazy beast!
I'm sure the best workouts instruction is on Unflexal website. I just love it !
Cool.
very nice
Awesome workout!
You don't look it, really, but you are REALLY STRONG
You are an amazing beast!!!!!
Like the pull-ups—go more of those
Amazing !!
lol. welcome! I still have 5 months left to go! ππ my first competition too! I'm not in love with cardio right now π I am going from 30mins-1hour a day… to attempting 2 hours π my weight dropped but not my body fat π
I love watching your vids xD makes me smile when you say, " hi this is Mimi!" adorable! gets me through my prep:)
@joshmetal316…can't reply to your comment for some reason. A ton of people have asked me about powerlifting. I know if have a ball with it! At one point, I thought I'd explore it but I have to do one thing at a time. Lol Bodybuilder and ninja stuff is already enough. Plus, I have an injury that prevents me from really doing bench. I'd rather work on becoming a better well rounded athlete and do things like the human flag, walking handstand push-ups, etc.
Mimi…..you in a dress was just so so beautiful.
Awesome video as always Mimi! Super impressed with your lifts and trying to play catch up (in due time) with your pull ups and dips. As always I'm most impressed with your balance since half of my life is spent running into walls and tripping on air LOL! Can't wait to see the posing video! π
Hey Mimi have you ever thought about doing powerlifting?
You are amazing Mimi! Impressing your gym dudes! Great pixs too!
I think your photo in the form fitting dress in the window is my favorite. Someday, I hope to see something like that in Muscle & Fitness instead of the typical boring workout outfits. Thanks for clarifying what fit beauty modeling is. I was so confused until you explained it so perfectly! π Your workout footage is very impressive! Not just the lifting, but the grunting too. You sound like a woman giving birth to a 20 pound fetus. Oww!
I just gotta' say I luv ya' Mimi…please don't take it the wrong way π but your gym game is live, 70 lbs dbs on the incline 405 lbs on hip thrusts, that shit is off da' charts!!!! Yeah..I'm recovering from a chest injury, a minor strain from the 150 lbs dumbbell bench press but moving forward all the same!. Great photo shoot girl, keep up the good work, you are coming along nicely and I'm giving words of encouragement for your up coming show!
The way you control the weights πππ
Great video! BTW, the InBody results can be significantly affected by hydration levels – so I bet your retest will be more in agreement with your expectations. Keep up the great work. Your pics and workouts are amazing.
Mi dear Mimi, You're looking great! What I'm always impressed by is the fact that you lift heavy but you're still so functional! balance on point, mobility on point, flexibility on point! You're just awesome! Beautiful pic at the end, like a snow princess.
No fucking way, 70lbs incline press?this woman is. Beast
One thing I did for 2 weeks in a row for trying to cut down quick. I was around 173 to start. Over Fri – Sun I ate fairly big, far more than my calorie allotment is supposed to be.
Then for Mon – Thurs I would just do my Ground Turkey/Ground Chicken breast mix w/ like 50 gr of rice and veggie…..plus some stuff to get my fats in…
Calories were ~1800.
By Friday I would be ~168 and pretty tight.
But going into my 2nd week doing that, holy crap my energy levels just dropped (lack of carbs). So that was very frustrating.
But something I will toy around in the future and see what I can tweak. π
Keep grinding Mimi, you are looking great!!!
Everytime I see your workouts I say "goals" thanks for these videos they're awesome
Good luck with your move!! I know how stressful that can be. You look great and I always love watching your training footage!!
