God bless you! Go to the gym. Bad habits is right. Coffee sugar and creamer. Bad eating habits even though i go to the gym and workout. Bad habits. Not getting good sleep either. You are right! What you put into your body doesnt lie!!!
Thanks for the info. When I turned 45, I gained 30 pounds in a matter of 6 months. When I got on the scale, i felt like crying. I've never been this large in my life.. I've been modifying my diet, I exercise 3 to 4 times a week and the weight is not coming off. I'm convinced my metabolism doesnt exist anymore.

I'll be 40 next month and I've never had to work so hard to take off the weight in my life. My metabolism has hit the wall. And thanks to the quarantine I can't just get fat burning shots and pills and run in and out of gyms. Didn't think about how much stress and lack of sleep are hurting me. My metabolism packed up and left . My wt came in when I moved next to popeyes , the pizza shop and Mc donald. It's either I move or get a backbone.

I would love to also see fitness programs an exercises for woman 50 an over women who have struggled with menopause who is in chronic pain who have certain body parts like hips or back it's a reason that I don't think that I am capable of doing some of these excersis and I need someone who can gear a program exercise and nutrition to someone and my status
great advice and so true that it gets harder to stay in shape as you get older. I am so glad ou mentioned building muscle as that has helped my metabolism so much. Women can be afraid to lift weights but we have lost muscle because of our hormones so its good to put the muscle back on

I am under 40 and I am struggling with weight loss. These tips are for me too. 1. I need to do more Cardio, 2. I need to change my habits, 3. I need to really look into my diet, 4. I need to get more active (I have started), 5. YES on dealing with stress!!! (sleep is totally evading). Thanks so much.

Great tips! The peri-menopause weight gain is real. The diet and exercise that worked before doesnβt hit the same way at 48 as it did even at 45. Iβm trying to focus on the process and not the number on the scale.

i'm glad i found you i'm in my fifties and I been struggling for years it's just getting harder I just want to get under 200 mark I been there a long time tired of carrying this weight I had people say I carry it well but I am not a good weight i'm pretty healthy but I do have stress and don't sleep well I am starting to cook more and I walk 5 or 6 times a week but I have a bad habit of skipping meals i'm just not hungry but I gain weight because of it cause I love to workout and i'm feeling heavy

Sleep! Sleep! Sleep!!!! As I get older, everything hinges on getting a good nightβs sleep! All my other Healthy Habits are affected by sleep
