I just started to eat clean. It takes mental power to stay consistent with everyone around me eating my favourite food. I'm 38 now. I feel that at this age its so easy to put on weight but harder to lose. Even when I do exercise, I can't go full on hardcore like back then, coz of weak knees. I believe its due to my body put on too much weight. I been on n off diet many times due to not seeing results. I hope this time I be more patient and not go back to the old habits of obsessive eating.
