👉 The Basics of Eating Healthy | Macros for Weight Loss | Female 2021
Learning the basics of healthy eating is hard right? What are macros and micros? What are my macros for weight loss? How to learn your body type? What is the best diet for my body type? I wanted to provide a little clarity to this HUGE topic. Now I am not a nutritionist nor a doctor of any sort. I just want to share a simple breakdown of the basics, in Layman’s terms. Hearing these from many fitness professionals can be very overwhelming and difficult to understand. I want to share a beginner’s guide to macros. Fitness and health are a huge part of my life and have been for over 10 years. I have spent hours over the years researching about health and fitness. I am passionate about staying on top of current health trends and practices.

I wanted to create a macros diet for dummies. Many people try and do their own research and don’t know what are macros and micros, learn your body type, the basics of healthy eating. Learn your body type then find the best diet for your body type. What ere the differences between endomorph, mesomorph, and ectomorph. Many people don’t know their macros for weight loss, female especially.
What "crash" or fad diets have you tried?
YES to diet being key. My #1 personal tip to a flat belly is to cut out alcohol. Whenever I do that I see an immediate difference.
Really good video, this was really informative
Thanks for sharing Lex.. love how inclusive this video is and not a “eat only this way” type of video 👍🏼 I’m kind of a nutrition nerd and love learning new things.. I didn’t know the different body types. Thanks for sharing, this was very helpful 💗
I learned a lot!! Tfs
I totally swap yogurt for mayo and use this too. Really appreciate this video
I learned so much – thank you for sharing.
I'm trying to cut down on my sugar intake…its a stuggle..thanks for all the info!…new sub here and I hope we can support each other!
this is great info. i haven't tried any crash diets lately but was thinking of juicing
Totally agree that the majority is due to diet and not the gym!
Such a great informative video!
Love your shirt by the way have the same one 😘
Thank you for this reminder that diet is the MOST important part of health. Love your tips!
I’m just getting back into the health game!! I have a trip 7 weeks from now that requires a hot bod 😂😂
I’ve never dieted. I have always had a super fast metabolism but now that I am getting older, I notice that I respond to foods differently that when I eat something that is high in sodium, my face, neck, fingers and feet swell. 🥺. My parents are both in their eighties and are physically fit. They take no medications …I attribute it to their Japanese diet. So I started incorporating more of it into my diet. I feel better and my joints don’t swell as much. I am by no means a health nut BUT I do eat healthy with some good barbecue , sweets, and fried foods here and there….my former trainer said that I am a combination of mesomorph (build muscle easily) and Ectomorph since I had a hard time keeping the muscle on. I’m afraid no boobs and booty department. 🤣
Thank you for this video! I am eating a vegan diet and I would really like to learn more about macros and pay attention to them to make sure I eat healthy and not imbalanced.
My daughter is a registered dietitian. Good job!
Thanks for this informative video, Lex. Sustainable eating is what it's all about. And Healthy substitutions are great. I'm all about quality ingredients.
I learned quite a bit. Thanks!
What a great video! I had no idea what macros are!
Lex, your passion for healthy eating really shines through in this video! Over the past few years I've gotten soooo much better at listening to my body and doing intuitive eating and it has made such a difference!
excellent advice Lex
I'm all about healthy eating. I have never dieted, I just make healthy choices and exercise. Thanks for sharing!
Never did a fad/crash diet but a few years ago I started checking the amount of sugar and carbs in food. I was really surprised to see how much was in yogurt–now I eat Chobani's 'a hint of' line of yogurt that is low in sugar but still tasty.
Great video Lex. Very informative and helpful advice. Thank you for sharing.
