    Hi, do you find with your eating habits you’re in ketosis? I’ve been eating the three meals a day with no snacking, mostly protein and fat with slow carb not low carb and I still go to ketosis quickly. I’m pregnant so it’s not recommended I be in ketosis. I do feel great! What can I do? I’ve also been walking 30 mins a day!

    Is it bad to skip breakfast with 11-7 window? I start my work at 7 and I get hungry in am… what to do? Dinner am usually around 6:30-7

    I eat between 8 pm and midnight.
    I can't imagine not eating in the evening. Especially because I'm home from work and I always get the munchies in the evening 😎

    Sounds like a fun challenge but she looks kinda sickly to be honest and I dont wanna get that skinny. She’s fun to listen to and knows her stuff but I’m gonna stick to simply eating more fat and less carbs.

    Ok I'm confused, isn't it bad if you don't have breakfast as soon as you wake up? I grew up with "eat breakfast once you wake up so that your stomach won't bloat" idk about this…..

    Hi so I’m kinda confused so if you eat from 11am-7pm and sleep for those 12 hours do you just do it over again everyday sticking to the same schedule?

    See I have an issue being that I work at 6 a.m. 5 days a week and on those days I find myself getting hungry much earlier. But when I'm off of work and can sleep in I find it much easier to stick to an intermittent fasting time frame

    I am new to this fasting idea…I was told by a friend that it could help with my rheumatoid arthritis. Is there a diet I should follow during my eating period. Any help would be much appreciated!

    I’ve lost 80 lbs so far but my eating window is only between 2pm-5pm and I try to stick to 1300-1500 calories only high protein

    I think 5am 1pm because of early schedule because I typically dont really eat dinner or stay up late sleeping time for me is typically 830 lets see how this works for me

    I can’t eat after 6pm, I have GERD and go to bed early. I eat 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6 on the weekend.

    Is the eating window or the fasting window more important? I try to do 16 – 8. Sometimes I may end up eating dinner later, so past the 8 hours, due to unforeseen circumstances and then I will just fast for at least 16 hours after that. An alternative would be to not eat late and just eat earlier the next day.
