When it comes to “the best diet to lose weight” (also known as a “cutting diet”), you’ll get A LOT of suggestions as to which diet to lose weight fast you should follow. However, the truth is that whether it’s keto, intermittent fasting, paleo, and so on, all of these diets work by making it easier for you to eat at a calorie deficit. These diets don’t have a “secret” fat loss effect which has been proven time and time again in the literature. Simply meaning that the best weight loss diet or the best diet for abs for example is the one that you can adhere to the best. However, weight loss is one thing and fat loss is a whole other variable which is MUCH more important when it comes to improving your physique. When it comes to optimizing the best fat loss diet, you need to pay attention to how much protein,fats, and carbs you’re ingesting on a daily basis.     This is a good, descriptive video however, how do you eat that much? To me, that's a lot of food, how do you keep up with it? Could meal portions be even smaller?

    When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diet plans.     Let me explain something here.
    What should people do to figure out what the best foods to eat are?
    Think about this:
    What do animals do to figure out which foods are best for them to eat? Do animals in nature go to school to learn about nutrition? Since obviously they don't, how do they figure out what to eat? Do these stupid, uneducated creatures die because they never learned what to eat?

    Of course not. All animals, including us humans, instinctively understand what a good diet is. If we didn't, we would not have survived millions of years.
    Animals who live natural lives never have nutrition problems. The same goes for us humans since last I checked, we are animals too.

    We get into trouble when we ignore our instincts and actually learn to eat a different way than what nature tells us how to.
    Humans are arrogant, egotistical and greedy. We believe we are so intelligent we can improve on nature. We believe we can invent technology to improve our diet.
    This is a fallacy. There is no way possible to improve nutrition when we eat foods in a natural, evolutionary fashion.

    Certainly, we can use technology to help us live longer, live healthier and better due to medical and other advancements, but when it comes to nutrition, it's very hard to improve on evolution.
    The majority of animals in nature are extremely healthy. For the most part, the only time they are not is when humans interfere with their way of living and food supplies.

    Just look around at other people. How did we get so unhealthy as a species?
    It's because of our inability to understand our own instincts, and our inability to eat instinctively and eat what we are told to eat by other humans.

    Humans do not understand a better way for humans to eat than what comes natural.
    Ignore science when it comes to diet advice. Follow your instincts…
