I assume that as I hit a plateau or lose weight I would need to adjust my calorie intake, even more until I reach my goal?
Just downloaded your diet plan…it looks great. Do you have more info on how to do weights from home that would work as well as not being in a gym?

I just turned Plant based eater in the last 2wks following Dr McDougall Maximum Weight loss, no oil, no fat, no nuts, no alcohol etc. I wanted to loss 1stone, so I intend to try this way of eating until I lose weight then later re introduce nuts and avocados etc.
Do u this this way of eating will affect my hormone? I ve been on low carb for so long, this s the first time I'm eating good Carbs happily. Thank u 4sharing yr great video.

Just found your channel and was getting depresed as turned 50 this year and thought cardio would help me lose weight. I drink a lot of water but have to have a touch of lemon squash is that ok π
Melissa, thank you so much. I downloaded an food tracking app called lifesum, where you can choose high protein , and i checked it out with your links, it is about right. I started with light sports (bum tums legs) and Power yoga the time the corona crisis started. The result: I gained 2 KG and was really frustrated.But due my clothes are not tighter, i think i might be ok. My goal at the end is , of course, to look like you :D! Could you maybe make a video for what to do during quarantine, or sports without weights?
How do you get all that protein in daily? Do you force yourself to eat when youβre not hungry?
I am turning 38 years his year, and were actually very fit- doing Crossfit. However after having to children within 3 years in my early 30's, and massive weight gain in each pregnancy (because I was binging) I now am out of shape and a bit overweight. I did lose 31 kg! but I still carry excess weight, specially in hip, belly and thigh area.. It disturbs me, and I really want to return to who I was before π I do train HIIT 4-5 times a week, and lift heavy 2 times a week. But it seems like not much is moving π I did realize though that I drank way too much alcohol over the last year, so I am cutting that out. Your videos are so inspiring! Thank you π
Love your armsπ great tips i think carbs are great when you weight train byt would not recommend an excess if you dont do any form of excercise great infoπ im on my weightloss journey now π
