    Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I learn so much from you….I’m 51 and in perimenopause, trying to lose 20 pounds (already lost 127), workout 3-5 times a week, and feel a lot better already by incorporating your nutrition information into my life!! Getting in at least 100 grams of protein a day is tough, as is having all my macros at every meal or snack, but I do notice a difference in how my body feels in terms of energy. Your work is very much appreciated here in Goodyear, Arizona, and I fully intend to be a part of one of your upcoming groups 😊

    Thank you for all this important information. I’m 41 and experiencing premenopausal symptoms…..not fun! You have helped me get this somewhat under control and keeping from gaining even more weight πŸ™πŸΌ
