    Do I need to change my food habits. I mean do I need to reduce intake of sweet during those exercise

    Starting this today 28th dec 2020 and I will continue doing this till 28th jan 2021.
    Current weight- 62 kg, height – 5’65”

    Day 1 loved this so much I will do it daily wish me luck ! Starting at 199
    Day 2 it was harder to get through today because I felt sore from yesterday but I did it ! Tomorrow I will start eating better
    Day 3 done I might take tomorrow as a rest day because my arms are killing me but I’ll see also had oatmeal a granola bar and a salad for lunch dinner will probably be chicken and veggies also drank 32 oz of water so far

    I’m DRIPPING in sweat!! That was so much harder than a HIIT class. I’m way less coordinated than I thought!! Haha 🤣

    I'm doing daily (sometimes 45mins video, If tired then 22mins video) + calorie deficits (max 1300cal / day). Height 169 weight 63 kg –> target 53 kg

    Day 1-4 : 63 kg
    Day 5 : 62.4
    Day 6 : 62.0
    Day 7 : 62.0
    Day 8 : 61.7
    Day 9 : 61.3
    Day 10 :

    i was 160 in september now 140 this works love her workouts i also watched my diet intesnsily so that helped too

    I'm going to do this for ten days and say opinions

    Day 1:I did the whole thing and pushed through even when I felt like quitting. This was intenseeee It would really keep your hear rate up, and what I love about it is the fact that it's challenging but enjoyable. their like dances so it's Soo fun to do with a friend or family but I suggest you eat nothing or very little before doing this or you might throw up if you do so after a medium to heavy meal, it feels like I worked only my arm tho but I can tell that within days it'll yield lots of result, they were really fun dances but is humiliating at some point cuz well😂😂 but I really enjoyed it
