    I have been trying to lose weight with different diet plans. I also tried Weight Watchers.. Didn’t really help much but it was a good start. I was recommended by a friend to try Vanguard Formulas. I’ve been taking before my meals with regular exercise. I can see the weight is coming off!     I eat 900kalories each day.

    I did combination of dr. Zaidul Akbar and versatile Vicky
    and I lost 8kg in 1½ month ^^

    the keys is know your metabolism and patient
    we piled up kalaories ( and became fat) not instan.
    and when we get lost it we must patient..

    if you have enough money you can use versatile Vicky methods.
    you can lost 10kg at 10day..

    I'm not full using because apples are enough expensive to me ^^

    Interesting. She ate carbs in everyone of her meals and still lost weight. I would substitute or add more vegetables and protein to this plan. But this gives me hope that it's possible to eat carbs and still lose fat.
