    My name is Alexandra. I had come across your workout and training video a few months ago after I stopped going to the gym, due to Covid 19. I'm am 70 years old and recovering from knee replacement surgery. I so love your trainings and wish to continue. Would love to know the optimal sequence of work outs to keep myself strong and toned.     Enjoyed this workout! Since pandemic, haven't been to a gym and needed a good strength training routine for arms. This was a quick workout that was just right, not too easy and not too hard. I will put this on my rotation for my workouts. From South Bend, Indiana.

    This was my first time. You are awesome! I am in Irvine, Ca. I have hyper-mobile ligaments and get injured easily so I tend to do a workout and then mess up something in my body so I don't continue. I hope you can help me prevent that from occurring.

    Iโ€™m 48 and in the UK. This is a great arm toning exercise and doing it twice even better. I will definitely be trying other classes with you. I have stopped going to the gym since Covid 19 as I donโ€™t feel comfortable so my husband bought me a spinning bike as I used to do classes at the gym, so I do spinning 3 times per week and now I have found these toning exercises from you.

    Wanting to muscle up my arms and get rid of my 'tuck shop' arms. Love this, I must need heavier dumbells. Will get stronger ones tomorrow and do this video daily. Watched from NSW, Australia, im 40. Thank you ๐ŸŒป
