Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 60 seconds and repeat. Total Rounds = 2
1. Side to Side Sprint to Seal Jacks

3. Push Up Jacks
4. Forward – Reverse Lunge and Squat
5. Back Extensions Y- Raise
6. Triceps Dips to Alternating Leg Kicks
