Try this NO EQUIPMENT body weight only home workout

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 60 seconds and repeat. Total Rounds = 2

1. Side to Side Sprint to Seal Jacks
2. Reverse Crunch and Leg Lifts
3. Push Up Jacks
4. Forward โ€“ Reverse Lunge and Squat
5. Back Extensions Y- Raise
6. Triceps Dips to Alternating Leg Kicks
7. Plank Bear to Plank Body Raise
8. Half Burpee to High Knees (4)

    Perfect for this 58-year-old! I had to modify some because of shoulder surgery in August, but soon I'll be doing them full-force. What I was able to do was just the right amount and just the right intensity! Thank you so very much!

    I must say I started doing these exercises 11 months ago at 52 I feel much better waayyy better! Of course it comes with all the body pains. But itโ€™s worth it! I can play longer with the grand kids.

    This video has great advice, but I'm confused about the best diet plan that I should work with, only because I have never used any. Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets? I've heard some people mention incredible things about Custokebon Secrets.

    Found this to be one of your easier workouts (relatively speaking ) . For me this was perfect for a day when you feel a little tired or to ease back into training . Love all your workouts even though I sometimes feel youโ€™re trying to kill me ๐Ÿ˜‚ love and respect from Ireland ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช

    Hi, have you thought about this kind of diet plan called the Custokebon Secrets? My work buddy says it helps people lost crazy amounts of weight. Is that possible? I also heard a lot of great review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

    Just turned 60 and there's no going back. I am down 48 lbs and now it's time to pack on a bit of muscle. I have the space but not the equipment so this is perfect for me. Peace.
