FIT IN 15 – DAY 12

Heads up, this one is sweaty!

But, for a workout to be a true metabolic workout, and give you all the benefits of one (bigger calorie burn, more muscles trained per exercise, increased aerobic power and muscle strength), you have to hit it hard.

However, if you aren’t feeling it today, or if you are a beginner don’t fret! I got your back.

I show you how you can dial down some of the moves, and you can also grab a pair of lighter dumbbells to bring down the intensity.

This workout, I think, will become a favourite though. It’s pretty awesome and goes by quick.

Tools: a pair of moderate dumbbells

1. Dumbbell squat thrust to 4 renegade rows (or sub)
2. Squat and press
3. Hand release push up (or sub)
4. Alt reverse lunges with bicep curls
5. Dumbbelll alt hang power snatches

    First time back to this workout since the challenge and LOVED IT like I knew I would! ❀πŸ”₯😁 Plus… I did the pushups today! For all 5 rounds! 🀩 I couldn't do that a few months ago! πŸ™Œ Now for the 8th day of Christmas! πŸ˜‰ (The 2nd day still kills me! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯)

    Hi PJ, I'm so happy with this work out, very greatful to you. I'm 62 myself and it is so hard to find exercises that really help and does not heart your knees. I wonder if I can repeat this challange twice?! Take care and thank you again!!

    I remember this from fit in 15, great workout for Friday. At some point, I had to alternate dumbbells btw 5, 10, and 12, regardless, I got a good workout and burn.

    It was great to have this one pop up on the workout calendar and do it again because THIS time I had the benefit of having seen your "how to work the BOSU into any workout" video and the one on modifications for preventing wrist pain and I integrated those lessons into this video and could really appreciate the benefit of doing the whole PJ exercise program – it made this great workout an even better workout!

    Sweaty fun….Got this done before 7am as I'm trying to do my workouts early before my day starts as opposed to doing them mid-day. Let's see how long that lasts! LOL Thank you for always providing the modifications to some of the exercises. Feeling accomplished! Join PJ's Patreon Tribe ya'll!

    Don’t think for a second the revised moves don’t get the same workout! I had trouble with the push-ups so I did the chest press..I felt more by doing that than I did the push-ups!
