stretch marks never go away but they become almost invisible over time. Anyway i think alot of men an women have stretch marks so its no big deam. personnally i have some marks on my chest towards my shoulders and alot of them on my ass and they have been there for years.

In relation to the stretch marks, some people have some success with Vitamin E and Cocoa Butter applied to the stretch marks, in some cases they can fade or not look as bad, for others it has no real effect. You can get rid of them with laser treatment though.
Also make sure you drink plenty of water and eat food that is high in Vitamin C. It is an issue for a lot of people who lift weights. Sadly, prevention is the best treatment by ensuring the dermis is in a healthy state before sudden weight loss or muscle gain.
