    30 days is no where near enough time. It takes about 90 days before your body totally adjusts and you start to really reap the major benefits – more energy, increased ability to focus etc. Once I switched from 16:8 to 20:4 that is when I noticed a massive increase in energy, but it took me about 6 months to adjust to 20 hour fasting. Drinking only water during the fast gives the best results – nothing else.

    How Tf u only lose 3 pounds in a month when fasting 16:8 clearly they werenโ€™t working out or had more cheat days then they day

    The 3 are a bad model group, should be used for training on how to NOT do IF . Obviously, the pair didn't stick to the diet. They lost early zero LBs.

    I feel like I just need something to help boost my metabolism. Iโ€™m trying to do low carb high fat/ high carb low fat days and switching to hiit instead of focusing on cardio, but wondering if thereโ€™s a supplement that will help. I heard my friend used a brand called Vanguard Formulas and made her lose weight pretty fast. Anyone used it before? Anyways, I definitely need to work on my sleep too cause quarantine is kicking my butt. Without work my insomnia creeps back in.

    Iโ€™m so glad I didnโ€™t give up because over a period of four monthsย I was able to lose 21 pounds! That was the magical number for me because it meant I was finally back to my original weight.

    I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from AgogeDiet. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website

    Alright .. can anyone tell me or give me advice.

    Iโ€™m starting to do 16/8 fast, late fast.

    Iโ€™m thinking about eating 1,500 calories of day, I have an idea of what I want to make to eat for those calories.

    Iโ€™ll skip breakfast & go to brunch.

    Iโ€™ll eat scrambled eggs & a little salad.

    For dinner Iโ€™ll meal prep.

    Chicken breast, brown rice, and broccoli

    2-4 lbs in a month? No cheat days? Sure lol. you can lose about 5-10 lbs in a week of mostly water weight if you follow this eating pattern. Anyone watching this please know these people did not follow this fast 100%

    Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on a lot of youtube and I thought they were scams. However after my cousin follow it, and finally lost tons of weight by using it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. You should not take my word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

    I was skeptic about AgogeDiet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.
