    As promised I'm back to report in after 31 days of everyday use.
    In that time I've noticed a huge reduction to my cravings of sweets and breads to the point of it almost being nonexistent. Before I'd have an internal monologue fighting with myself not to get snacks but now it's like "meh, don't need it".
    My meal intake has also gone down to the point where I feel satisfied from way smaller portions than I was accustomed to.
    In that time I've lost a total 28lbs and plan to continue using this audio and add an exercise routine as well.
    How about making a RAIN AND THUNDER TRACK?

    I am so grateful, I am able to sleep with this video. And for weeks now. Every time I get up which is several times a night, I start it at the beginning. I believe, Peter, that it is the sound of your voice, lulling me to sleep. I never hear it to the end, falling asleep way before the first 25 minutes. Last night, I woke up and thought, I need to start it from the beginning but I am too lazy to get out of bed to do it. Minutes later, as I dozed back into sleep, your voice woke me up. Startled, I realize, the video started itself from the beginning. Talk about weird. I am very grateful because I wake up at 4 am to do meditation n need to be able to sleep very early. Your video makes it possible.

    I have been listening to these types of videos for some time now and I am craving green juice … Fruit and vegetables and grains … I feel lighter and happier than before with a deep feeling of letting go of all unhealthy things … I AM on the process of losing weight and keeping it off and was on a low carb diet eating mainly meat and oils … But it was not working for me … Now I am on this wonderful diet drinking and eating an almost complete vegetaian diet … I feel like a kid again I'm 61 years old and feeling stronger every day!! … Thank You soooo much for sharing these videos … Hugs from Mexico !!! 💪🥰🙏

    Id love to use this, but
    A: im on eating disorder watch from my doctors, so if i suddenly lose alot of weight, itd look really bad in my scenario, even though im recovered.
    B: im scared. ive heard that this stuff can really mess you up. given the fact im only 11, i dont know what it could do to me as im still developing and such.
    can anyone give me some answers for my issues? also, could you possibly upload this to soundcloud or spotify? itd be very appreciated♥️

    This is the only video I listen to every night as I sleep, since a month.
    2 weeks ago I felt very motivated to also download the paid app ‘Noom’, and they have helped me focus on what I eat and stopped craving unnecessarily.

    Lost 5 kgs in 3 weeks. ☺️

    Going to sleep now and leaving this video to play and do it’s usual thing! So excited for the next few months of 2021 and what more changes I see in my self

Si alguien tiene sueños lúcidos/extraños/vívidos, recuerdos que pensaron se habían ido o despiertan cansados, es normal. La mente lo hace para realmente liberar el problema, sanar lo necesario y transformarse en un cuerpo delgado, ya que si da cansancio es para hacer una asociación negativo con el audio y dejar de escucharlo. Persistan. Muchos terapeutas comentan el exceso de peso está relacionado a traumas fuertes. Quizá con el paso de los días recuerden que les sucedió. Tranquilos, es momento de ser felices y plenos. Todo es mental. Amor y paz. Gracias a los autores por su creación.

    I’ve been listening to this for 3 nights. I don’t know if it’s this while I sleep, or 1 tsp of Apple cider vinegar in water before bed…but my appetite is way down.
    I’m not hungry all day long. I usually want a cookie with my coffee, but not anymore, and at lunch I am satisfied with a small portion or a side dish… I’m usually wanting food all day long and sweets… but my cravings for sweets is gone.

    Hi! If I'm only able to listen to about 6 hours of this track, will it still be just as effective as if I was able to listen to the entire 8hrs? I have trouble sleeping, some nights I get about 4 to 6 hrs of sleep. I'm still going to listen to it tonight. I will only be able to listen to about 5hrs of it. I have listened to some of your other videos and the binge eating I was surprised it worked! It's been about 3 months since I haven't listened to any of your videos on binge eating or weight loss. I have started to binge eat again but its always at night. I think its a combination of stress and not being able to sleep until 2:30-3am.
    Any thoughts or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. 🙂

    this is my second night doing this and i really feel like it is working yesterday i felt better and wanted to eat better i didn’t want to eat fast food so instead i had a smoothie so thank u!!

    I've been listening to this for four days now. My stretch marks have been reducing like a boss! I ate a big ol' burrito last night since it was my father's birthday and I thought it'd hit me in the morning, but when I looked into the mirror a few minutes ago I noticed my fat and stretch marks were going away in the span of eight hours! I'll try to update next week 🙂

    Okay here’s my Progress update. I have been listening to every night for about 2-3 weeks now. I have seen tremendous improvement in portion control, cravings control. I started doing omad and this video helped me get through the day without feeling hungry, in fact I feel more energized. I need to lose about 40-50 pounds. I’ll keep you all updated on the weight loss.

    I've recently started listening to this while i sleep, and when i start playing it, my stomach starts to make weird noises , like it'll growl, and it sounds like its trying to be the thunder, lmao, but it makes me giggle then like 5 minutes later i fall asleep

    * So this is my 4th day listening and im starting to see results 🙂

    I saw this in my recommendations after I binged and didn't exercise at ALL. i only listened for 1hr 1/2 and then stopped because I was having vivid dreams and it freaked me out. I am going to listen to it again tonight because I didn't gain from the binge and didn't even start to feel hungry until 20 hours after I last ate 🙂 I even got up early to exercise before my classes started! No doubt in my mind I would have lost weight if I listened to the whole thing.

    THIS SOUND OF THE RAIN WAS VERY Relaxing and started listening on December the 3rd 2020 I didn't even know that I had went to sleep and I walk up around 3:20 Am I stayed up for a while but then I went back to sleep very refreshing I woke up with a lot OF energy are pray that this help me lose weight I will try it again Days until after Christmas to see if I lose any weight I need to lose a 150 pounds.
