    I totally recommend this to everyone! I listen to it for 30+ nights.

    Currently I'm in my healthy weight but amazingly during this month I keept the weight off.

    I still think about eating junk for food but for some reason I never end up buying it.. I get to lazy to go to the store or even order take out.

    In the first couple of nights I had a crazy dream. I dremth that I wanted chinesse food, and I drove for hours around my city and everything was closed, I never got to eat that.

    In a really weird way, that keeps happening to me, not that everything is closed, but, there's always a reason why I can't get to eat junk food.

    I’m going to try to listen to this everyday for a month(in addition to a workout plan, I’m doing this video for extra motivation)
    I will update everyday/every other day with my progress and if anything changed.

    12/29/2020: weight 120.6 lbs(also just started my period so my weight is definitely going to fluctuate along with cravings ☠️)

    hi i have a question, do i have to listen to the first 25 min of you talking in order for this to work properly? for me personally its hard to fall asleep to someone speaking so if i just listen to the rest of the video will the effects be less effective?

    What if I don't sleep 8 hours? I very rarely sleep for a full 8 hours. I think it's because I spent too many years having to be awake at night to let my old dogs out. I just can't seem to sleep more than about 6 hours…

    Starting this today. I was 65 kgs the last time I checked. My goal weight is 45 kgs. Let's see how far I can get!
    Also I started listening to this at 2:30 am to sleep and its 3:30am now and caffeine isn't letting me sleep, so here I am writing a random comment that no one will see.

    I have listened to this 4 nights in a row and woken up several times with terrible nightmares everynight and feeling even more tired than before i am afraid this one is not for me will have to try another

    So I listened to this one night ago. Normally I think about food all the time. The next 2 days I all of a sudden had a low appetite and did not once think about food. I was so confused to what was happening. Then I realized omg I listened to this …could it have worked?

    Well this is my fifth or sixth day. My current weight is 71.5kg and target is 55kg. I have eating disorder. I eat a good amount of junk food when I am emotionally unstable. I cannot control this. Well I hope to change that habit. And I think it is working somehow. Though I couldn't complete the whole once because my wifi stops after few hours of idle time. Let's see what happens. Will update on 19th dec
