    Absolutely love this, thank you! It's great that finally there is someone on here over the age of 40 discussing proper exercise and eating to help weight loss at this age. It's exactly what I was looking for because I knew my body was changing and I wanted/needed someone to listen to that understands the reality of your metabolism slowing down. I am 47 and you've helped me motivate to do more strength training. Thank you again!
