Congratulations on your marathon. I am with Team in Training too. The Nike Women's Marathon was my first and I walked the full. I have done 3 other half marathons since then. I am going back this year to run the half at Nike. OMG, I am doing the Disney princess Half next February 2012. So far I have lost 80lbs and still am on my journey. You ROCK!

I too just lost 52 pounds. I am training for a half marathon in April.
I recently ran the Palm Springs Tram Run in October. I now look for opportunities to jog ,run or walk. I am setting goals like you said. Good luck on your next run and Thank you for posting……..
