Today on Weight Loss Coach Reacts I’m dedicating an entire video to TikTok Influencer Marketing and TikTok products because I’m mind blown at some of the things people are selling there. What’s even more frustrating is how HUGE these TikTok influencers audiences are.

Tiktok weight loss and tiktok weight loss hacks are crazier than anywhere else on social media. And I thought these products highlighted that but if you’ve seen my other TikTok reactions you know this is just the tip of the iceberg. I think it’s safe to say we should be careful about what weight loss advice and weight loss tips we take from influencers, especially on TikTok.

I specifically talk in the video about ab stimulators, bearvana which claim to grow your booty and do a bearvana review, and project jawline (similar to jawzersize).

PS: I know my nose ring wasn't in one of the clips, it's not a real piercing. It's a faux ring and I wear it when I want to feel edgy ๐Ÿ˜‚

I'm really interested in this summit but it's not something I can afford. I'm in high school, do you count that among students? Or is it just those in university?

All of those huge tiktok young stars are in for the scams and the money and their stans donโ€™t even care. The stans will fight you if you try to call the bs. What a world we live in

THAT NOSE RING IS NEW. I love it ๐Ÿ˜
On a other note, ppl saying "leave him alone, he's just trying to make money" is the number one cause and consequence of our society going to shit. Hypercapitalism, individualism and neoliberalism are fucking up ppls minds and this is one of the direct results: people promoting crap, other people defending them

I actually find it really funny that they promote getting a JAWLINE from "exercising" that body part. When I was 15 I had to do 'medical gymnastics' bcs I had lumbar dorso scoliosis. Anyway, the medical professionals told us in some conversations about how eating too much gum is not recommended especially for people overweight, because the repetitive movement will actually increase our faces (jawlines) due to muscle growth underneath the fat cells. #maxBS

I can't wait for your video on Transformation: Before & After Photos!!! I fall for them easily (meaning if it's in the thumbnail, I will click on it).
Stephanie Lange did a similar video about Instagram Photos: selfies, called Tricks Influencers use for perfect photos (Instagram vs Reality… the truth).
She doesn't bash anybody and also uses herself as an example ๐Ÿ™‚

Omg if you make another one of these PLEASE comment on that ridiculous face thing thatโ€™s supposed to reduce double chins. Itโ€™s like a face bra or something. Iโ€™ve seen it on Snapchat ads(that are just vids from Tiktok). My younger sister wants one so bad because she thinks itโ€™ll work and doesnโ€™t believe me that it wonโ€™t.

For the Noah beck thing, I normally agree with the โ€œget that bagโ€ when itโ€™s genuinely a product they would like to promote and arenโ€™t promoting misinformation. Good example was the same thing happened with Emma chamberlain and a skin care brand. A lot of people are complaining that she is lying about it cause she used accutane and โ€œher skin is good nowโ€ but she never said that it cured her acne and also you still need to use skincare

There is plenty of science to say that training some of those muscles can help "tone" your face by fixing facial postural problems, usually associated with mouth-breathing. I can't remember if it's done in PT or OT, but it's called mewing. It's usually for growing males. Adolescents.

I think the evidence is pretty short to support that these products have a similar effect. And mewing is hard, and it doesn't work that well once you've grown. I think it has an effect on your neck. facial, and tongue posture while you're growing.

I wish it did, cause I've already done almost all the weight loss I can do. I might have to consider facial surgery.

Lots of the breast gummy ingredients float around the breastfeeding community to help naturally increase breast milk supply. Not scientifically proven and obviously they donโ€™t work for everyone. But for some ladies, it works. Fenugreek. Blessed thistle. Etc.

I take maca and dong quai for horomonal imbalance after having a baby. As recommended by my acupuncturist as well as cleared by my doctor. It's kind of scary that these ingredients are out there being marketed to teen girls you probably don't need there horomones potentially messed with.

I love your channel generally but, specifically, thank you SO MUCH for describing the tik tok after showing it. Most people don't and they go so fast that I usually miss the whole thing they're reacting to! I'm low vision and tik toks fast format just really doesn't work for me.

For the boob pills, they contain thistle- so if youโ€™re pregnant or breastfeeding they might actually work ๐Ÿ˜‚ my dr had me take a supplement after giving birth because I wasnโ€™t lactating enough and the main ingredient was thistle and it worked! SOOO I mean it COULD work because more lactation= bigger boobies ๐Ÿ˜†

That argument they're making just sounds like making excuses for themselves to me. They wanna make that bag more than they want to have integrity. Unethical people do tend to project and think everyone is like them though. "The game is rigged, everyone cheats it's fine!" kind of "logic"
