So proud of you. You look fabulous. How woundful the energy you now have. I had a knee replaced and thinking about a weight loss surgery thank you for sharing I'm 57 thank you thank you for sharing I was thinking I'm to old for any type of surgery. Keep working it out with your fabulous selfβ£
My sweet Mooregirl. You are a beautiful woman inside and out. The difference with that shirt is remarkable. You have a thoughtful way about you that I have become very fond of. Soft spoken and always a lady. I am proud to call you my mentor. With love from your student, Cindy.
I have a family with people like me. I had the surgery 06-20-19. I go to my next weigh in on 12-18-19. So far I have lost 45lbs. I'm happier than before and I've never in my life had a nick name but now, every where I go people call me skinny. I didn't see what everyone else saw. I just knew my clothes were falling off. I can sit Indian style where before I was lucky to get one leg like that. It has change my whole perception of myself. Loving Me.
I am in the beginning stages of my journey, I am 56 and need help with my weight…I go to see my nutritionist next week I am so excited, see you gives me hope. thank you for sharing your experience
Glad you're doing well. Just a heads up, corticosteroids can slow or even cause weight gain in people who are sensitive to them. I am and would balloon up when I took them. It never affected either of my sisters.
I have been searching for someone who is my age or close to my age (55) who has had the vsg. April 17, 2019 I made the first step on this path. Will be seeing a surgeon the 31st of May to see what steps I need to take to get the VSG. Thank you. You are such an inspiration. I will be watching your videos your journey. Best to ya.
First of all congratulations on your success..2nd..love the shirt and shout out to Fairmount Park!! Your subject matter caught my eye because I am in the pre op process at age 50 and I have wondered if my results will be as good as many of the younger people I have seen on YouTube. Thank you for sharing that prospective. I have subscribed and look forward to watching more videos on VSG as well as looking into some of other subject matters of your channel.
Those cortisone shots ain't no joke. I got a 2 week prescription for diclonefac and it really helped my arthritis in my knees. I am about 5 months pre-op and I've already started hitting the gym to get my body ready. Good luck with your journey.

Be careful with cortisone injections it can lead to osteonecrosis

Yes congrats.πππ. Make sure to wipe going upwards. Apply the egg whites to your chest. Neck. And face to help with tightening the skin.
