    for me biggest problem is sleep, I average 3-4 hours a night which i know isn't good :/ But when i do sleep 8 hours I feel dead so I guess I have to get used to it

    I was inspired by your other video of making soup. I made some butternut squash soup. Add a few pistachios or pecans to my bowl and it is unusually satisfying. And I stay full longer than eating a big meal. Getting cold here in the States so this may be a new go to meal. Trying out other soup recipes also to use spinach with a broth base not cream 😜 I also tried keto for a couple of weeks and fell off but find I cannot eat sugary foods like I use to

    Even as an American, I am also disgusted by soda. I cannot believe people drink their calories like that. It’s so not worth it. I’d happily get my sugar in a nice créme brûlée instead!

    Wow, thank you! These are so good. What would you recommend about buying clothes while trying to lose weight? I love the fashion style tips, but it’s hard to buy clothes for a size I do not want to stay at very long!

    There is a big difference between celebrating a birthday or holiday and just going out to eat at a fancy restaurant every Friday night or for Sunday brunch just because it's the weekend. If we want time with friends at the weekend, it is probably smarter to have them over to share in what we eat and a glass of wine and lots of conversation, so we are still better off than we'd have been eating out with friends and sampling lots of things and drinking more. Inches are important, weight is important, and how we feel in our clothes is important. The bowels need solids and roughage, so we should eat the skins of potatoes, carrots, etc. They add color and texture to soups, stews, salads, and all you have to do is wash the veg. The movie was Eat-Pray-Love, for babies it's Eat-Play-Sleep, and for us it should be Eat-Chew (while listening)-Talk.

    Sugar is incredibly addicting and I realized if I have it then I want more and more. It is easier to have none then to resist having more.

    I would never give such advices unless I was a doctor! There are some incomplete/wrong informations and the rest of it it's quite cheap and common good sense would suffice
    .

    I use to diet when I was younget,but that was pure tortute…I'm 48 now and I learned what to eat and what not to eat to stay slim.

    I love your tips. This lockdown has been devastating to my weight. But I am trying to keep on top of that. I am only 47 and I read an article the other day by older and wiser women and one thing that they regret was that they didn't take care of themselves when they were younger. They said that the benefits build up when you eat healthy and move your body so when you are older you do not suffer so much with health problems. BUT also, they said that they enjoyed life more when they were skinny, too many time we think of junk food as treats but they said they never remembered the times when they gave up all the cakes and junk. However, they did remember the great feeling they had when they were slim and fit and had the clothes and life that they wanted. That put thing for me in perspective! Don't waste your life feeling frumpy and unhealthy

    Great tips! I used to drink tea and coffee with sugar or flavored creamer. I have succeeded eliminating the sugar and enjoy drinking chai or herb tea (no milk) during the day—it has great flavor and spice! Also, I drink my morning coffee with low fat milk (no sugar). Sparkling water—even with flavor—is better than soda!

    I found an app that I know you will love too! It is called Samsung Health and it measures how many calories you burn in rest, based on your height and waste. It also counts how many calories you burn counting your steps through the day. You can enter other activities like cycling or sports. And it also has a food diary section where you can even search for specific brands and products. So you know exactly how much you ate and burned every day.
