Ayo is 41 and works as a surgeon in a hospital. It wasn’t through any quick fix diets, but a healthy balanced approach to food and getting active, which is what I would recommend for you if you are trying to lose weight. Losing weight too quickly will be mainly due to water weight and it won’t enable you to keep it off for good.
When I found out that Ayo had lost 100 pounds in a year I was wow she must have really had to change her lifestyle. I really wanted to get her on to my channel and talk about her incredible achievement. I have had messages and comments from some of you that say you need to lose 50 pounds, 100 pounds. And I wanted to inspire you with Ayo’s incredible transformation journey.
Weight loss over 40 is not easy and you have to use a combination of workouts like HIIT training and strength training and then pay close attention to your diet.
