    This is the worst time of year to diet and it takes a lot of effort. I myself lost 15 pounds from August until October and then gained 7 back! The one thing that changes was I dropped my food intake logging. It did not help that with weather and time change! Everyday is a challenge but thankfully the Christmas holiday is behind and a New Year approaches. Best of luck and remember, we are all in this together!

    I also use enemas for detoxing to jumpstart my weight loss program.

    I was doing good until I got the covid. Just laying around the house under quarantine for the past 10 days, sick, "meh" feeling. Tried getting on my treadmill, that didn't work. I'll be well in a week. Didn't gain weight, but didn't lose it either. Gets hard to lose when your body sez, "nope".
