I'm 57 and been doing HITT for 2 1/2 years with my local gym, then lockdown happened and it was hard to keep doing it 4x a week. Now my knees hurt, my muscles have almost disappeared. But, I think your videos are perfect for building me up again!

I tried working out with my 17 year old daughter (since gyms are closed due to COVID-19) and I just couldnβt keep up. I needed to find someone around my age to help me pull through! This one is a keeper. Very tough but do-able! Working out in Three Hills Alberta, so nowhere very exotic!

I loved loved loved this video! It pushed me and kicked my butt but I am encouraged to do it again. I am 52 and live in Cali. I have been a personal trainer for years, 30+, and I love to take a break from being the trainer and being trained. I am doing a 31 minute per day for the next 31 days challenge and I'm going to ROCK THIS, SO THANK YOU! I also follow this youtuber, Thomas Delauer and he just taught me how important it is to do HIIT exercises to burn more fat and build muscle at this age!πͺπΎπͺπΎ

When I heard that can you feel your tricep, if don't you're upgrade now. I usually use 10 pounds dumbbells so I upgrade to 15 pounds. It's great! Just had difficult on the last round, but I did it. Thanks PJ!
