    Working out from Orange County, CA. Glad I found your video, and enjoyed my first work out. I'm 57 and been doing HITT for 2 1/2 years with my local gym, then lockdown happened and it was hard to keep doing it 4x a week. Now my knees hurt, my muscles have almost disappeared. But, I think your videos are perfect for building me up again!

    Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’m 44 from L.A. CA. I’ve gained lots of belly fat, not sure of menopause is hitting me, and I just need to look and feel better! I tried working out with my 17 year old daughter (since gyms are closed due to COVID-19) and I just couldn’t keep up. I needed to find someone around my age to help me pull through! You have motivated me and I love hearing your stories because I can relate (I can’t relate to a 17 year old πŸ˜‚) Thank you again!

    This one is a keeper. Very tough but do-able! Working out in Three Hills Alberta, so nowhere very exotic!
    I feel a lot more in control of my day and my life after your workouts.
    (Funny thing – "in control" autocorrected to "incontinence" and I almost shrugged and posted that cuz hey, it's true too πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ‘€)

    is it safe for women over 40? actually i am trying to find a perfect workout for my mom. she had 2 surgeries for me and my sister. now i am trying to find a safe workout for her.

    I loved loved loved this video! It pushed me and kicked my butt but I am encouraged to do it again. I am 52 and live in Cali. I have been a personal trainer for years, 30+, and I love to take a break from being the trainer and being trained. I am doing a 31 minute per day for the next 31 days challenge and I'm going to ROCK THIS, SO THANK YOU! I also follow this youtuber, Thomas Delauer and he just taught me how important it is to do HIIT exercises to burn more fat and build muscle at this age!πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾

    When I heard that can you feel your tricep, if don't you're upgrade now. I usually use 10 pounds dumbbells so I upgrade to 15 pounds. It's great! Just had difficult on the last round, but I did it. Thanks PJ!

    Hi! I recently realized that I cannot exercise with the younger ones anymore…lol…I am 43 and I thought to myself maybe there is a trainer for 40 year olds and it led me to you.
