    A great way to start the holiday week. Just enough sweat and strength for me to face my day. I didn't quite make my weight goal for 2020 but along the way I've learned to accept and love who I am. I'm beautiful! Thank you Pahla. The greatest gift I can give myself is self love and self acceptance. Bring on the WLC for 2020. I'm ready!

    I really enjoy your workouts. Trying to stay focused on a move when you made me laugh, not doing ab workouts on the floor because of not wanting to see the cat hair LOL Thanks for motivating me each time πŸ™‚

    Pahla, I am hooked on your videos. I particularly loved this video for this morning — just the right amount of movement to get my blood flowing and to wake up my core. I will come back to this video many times, plus share it with my family, as I think it (and your other videos) could really help them stay healthy, especially during these challenging times.

    Coming from a place where working out once a week was a push (mentally, more than physically), this kind of moderation is tough in a different way. I try to do 3 workouts per week because it's the right thing not because I want to. What I WANT to do is sit on the couch and eat ice cream but that won't help with weight loss no matter how unstressful it is!! Just think it's important to acknowledge some people are coming at this from the other end of the scale (no pun intended) too xx

    I am so happy I found you. I am over 60 and have been exercising for months with zero results ( weight loss goal). Once I read your ebook and started following your advice, I am losing about 1 pound/week. I am so thrilled! I thought my scale was fused to one number before I found your program.
