    'Women's Weight Loss Course Day – Day 12' … Lucy suggested 2 x 8 minute HIIT workout routines; However, I decided to do this routine twice over for a change! I found this session envigorating with lots of compound moves and as per usual, Lucy gave lots of clear and concise motivational words of encouragement …trust me, this is so good!     The eight minutes went by too fast, so I timed the actual workout in this video. It is only five minutes. So I just do it twice in sequence to make it 10 minutes of actual moving. I am doing it as a seven day challenge because that gives me results. Then after a couple days off I do a different seven day challenge from any one of your videos. It keeps it interesting and works different muscles so it’s all good. Much appreciated that these can be done at home and jumping isn’t required. Thank you, πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’•

    I loved this video (I know its 2 years old and not getting as new comments as your quarantine revived ones) but this 8 minute workout (on beginner/easy option) elevated my heart rate much more than the 4 min HIIT workout I did of yours in which you burnt 101 kcal (as you were doing advanced version) I know HR is individual but in that video I only burnt 40kcal including stretches after the workout which is the same as me doing mopping with vigorous effort 5 minutes, so this "weight loss workout" video definitely worked for me on a beginner level got my HR up! Thank you Lucy.
