    I’m not feeling burn in my stomach, am I doing something wrong? First routine I’ve tried! This is fun. And when we did the Superman and I sucked in my tummy hurt and it felt like I was putting too much pressure ):

    This sequence really works. Having followed yoga for a very long time, I can say that this is the easiest of the sequence for a flat tummy. Try it for 2 weeks with a day or 2s break in between, assured results if you get the poses right.

    I started my weight loss journey in August and I am three months in and I’ve lost almost 20 pounds. I started at 175 and currently I am at 152 pounds. I wanted to lose another 20 lbs in 2 month. I am also taking a supplement to help along the way, it’s called Vanguard Formulas, Google it, it might also help you. Just gotta keep on reaching for your goal!
