Warm up – 6 mins on stair master
Squats – 8-10 reps
Shoulder press – 10 reps
Lunges – 8 reps each leg
Burpee – 8 reps
Plank – 30 seconds
Modified Push ups – 5
** 2 rounds of everything **

I just started to work out I went from 194 to 174 I wanted to know is it good to work out everyday? I really want to loose a lot of upper body fat

Ok so I just started this challenge today, I feel like Iโm more advanced, I have been working out for 3 years and have lost about 35 lbs, this kicked my ass today. Iโm sweating like a sinner at church. I canโt wait to see more results.

Iโm here from TicTok from your second most recent video. Before quarantine & COVID happened I was hitting the GYM & had already dropped about 20 lbs & I was determined to lose more. Iโm not back at point zero, but I definitely gained weight during this time. I wanted to start again, but I felt so frustrated. I didnโt know how to start & trying to follow other workout videos just got me overwhelmed. Hi booty king I just to know because I dont know what to do first. Im 47.7 Kg. I want to be thicc. But i dont like my body fat like i have a double chin.
