    I just started to work out I went from 194 to 174 I wanted to know is it good to work out everyday? I really want to loose a lot of upper body fat

    Ok so I just started this challenge today, I feel like I’m more advanced, I have been working out for 3 years and have lost about 35 lbs, this kicked my ass today. I’m sweating like a sinner at church. I can’t wait to see more results.

    I’m here from TicTok from your second most recent video. Before quarantine & COVID happened I was hitting the GYM & had already dropped about 20 lbs & I was determined to lose more. I’m not back at point zero, but I definitely gained weight during this time. I wanted to start again, but I felt so frustrated. I didn’t know how to start & trying to follow other workout videos just got me overwhelmed. I just want to say thank you for your advice! πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» This is the motivation & coaching I NEEDED to get back at it !

    Hi booty king I just to know because I dont know what to do first. Im 47.7 Kg. I want to be thicc. But i dont like my body fat like i have a double chin. I dont know if im going to lose weight or to tone my body to be thicc. I already have booty but I think I need to work out more an that. Hopefully you read this huhu. πŸ™
