Hi Susan, Love your work. I was wondering with the idea of tracking consistency with calories (like the calendar idea)….I've been told by multiple health professionals that our caloric intake needs change day to day…especially for women during parts of our cycle. So I get confused with the conflicting information. Do we aim for the same calories every day or do we listen to our bodies and eat more or less if needed (when fat loss is the goal)? Thanks! xx

Thanks for the Awesome Information. I am not sure if you have made a video on this topic but addressing what to look for in a trainer would be great. I come from experience. 1). Joined a Big Box gym. The trainers were forbidden from teaching nutrition for "legal reasons". 2). Trainer was a gorgeous muscle head with a cookie cutter program and no nutritional advice. 3). Trainer starts with excessively Heavy Weights that I could not put out 1 Rep. and demanded I do a 2 minute plank at our first session. 4) Trainer would only use 5 pound weights and lots of cardio. Arrrrrghhhhhh! I have WASTED A TON OF MONEY!
