Eat once a day. Every time you eat, you raise insulin which is a fat hoarding hormone. Eat frequently and remain fat.

Your videos have been extremely helpful on my journey back to health. I am a 52 year-old menopausal woman and have gone through some significant health challenges over the past several years. Over the past couple of months I have really been paying attention to how the right exercise, the right food, adequate sleep, and managing stress have impacted my hormones and how essential hormone balance is in order to lose weight, especially during menopause. To the newcomer, I would say my biggest lesson is to apply all of this gradually, especially the exercise, and slowly build a daily health regimen towards optimal health. For example, I wasn't in terrible shape but I spent my first month getting back on track by walking everyday for a minimum of 20 minutes. My goal was just to move every day. Over the span of a couple of months I gradually worked myself up to a 60-90 minute walk on most days. Now I am doing strength training at home, high intensity interval walking up hills, and brisk 60-min nature walks, each a couple of times a week. I picked this combination because I do not like gyms but love the outdoors. However, while I try and have a daily plan for exercise, I always judge how I am feeling each day and let that ultimately determine what exercise I do (if any). I am a former athlete, so letting myself have the freedom to exercise at a gentle pace is not part of my identity. However, gentle and steady exercise has been so beneficial as it does not put any undo stress on my body and that has been so key for me (and the belly fat is slowly coming off!). I use heavy weights that are appropriate for my level and I work to fatigue, but I don't push through when my body is too tired to let me. Now I love to exercise most days but I never reach a point where I feel like it is too much or that I need to push through it while feeling poorly. One just has to trust that this all comes together over time, gently and slowly. Finally, while my diet has always been pretty good, it definitely needed some tweaking. By drinking more water, by gradually cutting out sugar, flour and coffee, and by reducing my alcohol intake to a glass or two of wine a week, I am feeling sooooo much better, on top of slowly losing weight. While I still have at least another 20 pounds to lose, it is the feeling better that keeps me most motivated the most, not simply what the scale says. My hope for others is that the really take your advice and expertise to heart, as your focus on hormone balance really is the key towards optimal health, especially after 50.

This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "single weight oil" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Viyemily Mature Mansonella – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.

A lot of this stuff is common knowledge and applies to everyone, not just people over 50. The thing that helps me is to cut tasks down into small pieces so I don't get overwhelmed and to try to work smarter rather than harder. It's easy to get frustrated because you have a lot of aches and pains that you didn't have as bad when you were younger. The thing is to remember that a lot of those aches and pains are caused by inactivity. The more you do, the more you can do. For me, the task is more difficult now and the main thing is to try not to get discouraged. Or, if I do get discouraged, to do it anyway.

Guys. lost tons of fat does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Get a popular fat burn diet plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan (google it). Thanks to it I have lost a ton of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I don't really want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I'm just in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

I don't have the time or the desire to go to the gym. Did that for years and I'm sick and tired of it. I get more exercise than I need doing my housework, walking and playing with the dogs etc.

Excellent and uplifting as it explains that exercise is only part of the equation. I say this because I must lose weight but have feared I could not due to physical limitations.

Personally I don't have the energy to work out too often. I am exhausted all the time with all this weight I've put on over the last few years. I was always rail thin in my younger years and was at a good weight in my mid to late 30s. Now, forget it. Sweet cravings galore and they are strong. It takes all my will power to avoid sugar and sweets. I am struggling lately.
