Hi Melissa. I love your videos! I'm a bit confused. My calories to lose weight/gain muscle is 2005. I have to be at a calorie deficit of 1605 to lose fat/gain muscle? ππ
Looks delicious π
Recipes are great … hope you keep posting them .. just making the flapjacks now …
Great video, what is a good protein powder to use, what should I be looking for?
How tall are you?
Youβre simply amazing π
I just began to exercise with weights again, and are motivated to lose the weight. I specially agined on my belly.. Will your diet improve high cholesterol levels? I switched to a plantbased diet with some fish here and there. But it is like I am eating way to many carbs, and have a huge appetite..I am only 5 foot, and it seems like every time I go above 1500 cals I gain weight π
Your raisins are wet?
you look so amazing and you are such an inspiration for us women over 40! Keep motivating us we need it.
No tofu neither I am the bubble girl major food allergies
Looks delicious
Grrr canβt eat beans either
I am allergic to at least 3 of the ingredients you used are there substitutions for soy gluten and the protein power
My biggest frustration is food allergies and a very delicate digestion making it impossible to eat eggs, pulses, dairy, tofu, etc. It's hard tind a good shred eating plan that factors in those with digestive disarray : (
Hi Melissa all your videos are interesting and great to watch in this video do you count your calorie intake? If yes does that help not too go over calorie deficit when you want to drop body fat
Thanks for the recipes!
Will the 6 week shred be played on youtube? I'm afraid I'm missing it and I want to try the shred.π
You look amazing! My macros are similar to yours and you gave some great new recipes to try for meal prep. Thanks!
Wow..I have 43 years old…and not much energy as you. Congrats !
