I finally found why Iโm chubby. Iโm eating too much. I eat at least 3-4 eggs and you are only eating 1. I guess I just need to do better portion control.

I am interested in this. I appreciate the vid. I used to be much healthier but now am overweight and so tired all of the time! I rarely eat breakfast but need coffee early to feel like I can manage the beginning of my day. Hopefully that will change as I get healthier. I just can't drink coffee most mornings without eating or else my stomach hurts. But like I said maybe if I start to be healthier in general I will be able to drink coffee and not have stomach problems (or just can omit the caffeine/coffee at that point!)

I'm 41 and I have eaten the same way my whole life. I'm 5' 8" and 132 pds. I don't count calories. I eat whole fat and I don't ever starve myself. I eat what my body tells me it needs.I eat a lot of greek yogurt, fruit, juices, smoothies and lean meat like salon

Thanks, I would love to see a meal planning video and/or grocery haul as well as more what I eat videos. I just decided to give intermittent fasting a try because of you. I've only done it for 2 days. It's been a lot easier than I thought it would be.
Oh yes you can have too much cilantro!! Yuck! LOL Yep, looks good without the cilantro… but my hubby wouldn't touch it as it has beans and corn!
