    How do you bananiac or anyone else feels about indoor cycling? because some of us due to weather conditions can not always ride outside.

    The biggest problem with both running and cycling for weight loss is you end up looking like a runner or cyclist. Skinny and no muscle definition.

    I dunno. I rode my bicycle quite alot during my highschool years and was still overweight until I rode less and less. Seriously, I used to ride at least 10km almost every day with my friends and didn't seem to get any slimmer. I guess trying road cycling might make the difference.

    Also make sure you throw on some pair of gloves or bicyclist a Herbst your hand not her because your fingers and not constantly were at putting pressure on the handlebar They helped me Elise Nash era figure the same

    I can confirm I have been cycling for 4 years due to me not having a car the only way I can travel it's on bike I only gain weight during summer because he thus when I start writing my bank a deal less but still writing I do usually 10 miles to 15 during a Winter but during the summer only one mile

    One summer in the 90s before high school I was very big obese and didn't want to start high school that way so for about 4 months straight I would ride with my two dogs all day long every day in the hills by the beach with a cheap walmart $80dll mountain bike. I was out there 6 to 8 hours a day and ate whatever I wanted just in much smaller quantities. By my first day of high school my stomach and fat rolls dissapeared, my legs where lean and very muscular and my energy was through the roof. I had good luck with the girls had a great experience through high school and kept the weight off for like 8 years. I dont have as much time as I used to plus now I'm 39 years and obese again and need to get back in shape if I want to see my 60s and 70s. Good thing I have 2 healthy teenage boys to start riding with and able to afford some nice hardtail mountain bikes for us. Cant believe how much fun it is riding with them if I dont loose all my weight atleast I will be a whole lot healthier .

    If you're riding a cycle basically in india (jahan me rehta hoon)
    If u fall 1 time then u will think that cycling is not a low impact sport

    I also cycle everyday
    And lost kinda 4-5 pounds week

    And

    Cycling is definitely the best for losing weight and having fun. But add in some serious core work to boost your performance (pull ups, dips, push ups).

    To conquer the challenge of hills you need to build your hamstrings and quads. DeadLift 50, 60 70kg.

    Alternate days core, cardio will make you amazingly fit.

    I bought a bike at 420 lbs. when i got to 350 i bought another bike that i thought was cooler. Ill buy another bike when im at 280 and in shape. I agree with this but I had to get a diet plan first because you can ride all you want but if u keep eating mcdonalds u wont lose the weight.
