    Fasting is a good way to loose weight for endomorphs just make sure after your specific time you eat small portions and during your fasting drink a lot of water. I mean like lots of water

    I eat well , very little to no sugar , no salt, very little to no carbs, I still can’t lose the gut …. I’ve been flirting with depression now because I keep working out and bettering my food intake to no avail:( I’m what people call skinny fat as weird as that sounds. My limbs are super skinny but I have a huge fat core

    honestly a whole year no coke i look WAY better and it wasn't hard whatsoever and i drink water everyday try it it's not that hard i prefer cold water it boosts your metabolism.

    My problem is I eat late at night. I don't go to sleep until like 3 or 4am so I be hungry and I don't like alot food, I'm a picky eater. I don't like yogurt, berries,smoothies, alot stuff

    I was always insecure about my fat thighs , ive been gaining weight really fast like 10kg a year i started exercising and running every morning ,watched out what i eat and using apps and its actually kind of working

    I have hip dips and thicc thighs and a small waist and I lose weight really easily and eat a lot and don’t gain but I’m really overweight what am I?😭😭cause I don’t know

    The thing is I’m 5’4 and weigh 118. Even when I got down to 110 I still had my stomach fat and a lot of it. No matter how lil I eat I will always have my stomach 😭😫

    To everyone who feels like it’s impossible to lose weight. Check in with your gynecologist and get checked for pcos. It causes your body to be insulin resistant and gives you tons of explanation to why you can’t lose weight doing the things that normal people do.

    What if you cant change your food diet because your a teen and plus u live in a house hold were you eat what your mom buys and what she cooks and plus you cant get money because your a teen

    I am searching for the opposite effect, how to lose woman shape. I am born with a so-called perfect shape (big breasts, big butt, small thight etc) i want to lose this shape. How??

    Every time I see a vid like this nothing is helpful no offense but sleep I sleep 9+ hrs a day at night and my food is healthy and little and I do exercise but nothing helps I have the biggest thighs and my calves weirdly have a lot of fat on the back and belly fat and all my friends who eat everything and hat e exercise r so thin 😭😭😭 I’m exhausted and I’m just 13

    I can’t explain my body too much. It’s like I can gain and lose quickly. I can quickly lose 5lbs in like 4 days but gain it back easily in two days. It’s hard for me to maintain weight loss. I gain easily but I also can get back to that weight in like 5 days it’s weird. I’m currently 5’1 165lbs I’m a very heavy girl but most of my weight goes to lower body so no one really assumes I weight a lot but I’ve been feeling very sick lately so I definitely need to diet and workout

    I’m so confused why I can’t lose weight! I play two sports(roller derby and softball) AND I go to they gym at lease 3-4 times a week. I NEVER get fast food and I don’t drink soda or juice. I eat carbs but I don’t eat an insane amount of junk food. I eat a couple times a day and get lots of protein and I literally love vegetables and I take all my vitamins and I know I shouldn’t eat as many carbs or desserts as I do(it isn’t even an absurd amount my sister just bakes a lot😂) and I should also try skip out on creamer in my coffee every day but do what to do lol, any suggestions???

    The thing about me is that i originally have a cross between a petite /muscular body type. since im over weight the fat that covers my muscle and so on, makes me seem much bigger than i am…im so determined to lose weight… Thanks for this video!
