    My wife has lot of pain in her ankle in leg. We have tried Consulting lot of doctors. But no use. Her weight is 80kg. She had c section delivery once. Please advice what to do.

    Why can't someone help people who are hypothyroid lose weight? I've had a total thyroidectomy & I have gained 23lbs since my surgery back in September.

    I'm 47 110 lbs.. slim build, but not skinny. I'm looking to build body mass and muscle. A butt..ha ha..who would have guessed. I'ts never too late..So I am starting to eat clean and eat more often. I was one of those 1 meal a day and coffee, especially if I was busy. Some days I may eat 2 twice. So with all that changed I'm now implementing some crunches and squats along with resistance bands. Figure out where I'd like to see myself before joining a gym and taking it a little further. I've bought many magazines for exercise options and recipes etc. I stay away from any other the power drinks, energy pills etc.. as I feel they are not needed. I'm building up along with toning, not body building for competition. Complete difference. Thanks for your videos very informative.Β

    Alot of people do have thyroid issues and they don't know it. So yes it could be that they have a thyroid issue but that doesn't mean they can't fight it.Β

    I am getting scared with the promise of hard solid consistent work 5 days a week and then its followed by the instructors encouragement 'dont let this scare you off' I was scared the moment she said work but then i guess I have got to do something one day – perhaps i will start tomorrow with some tablets

    I've gone through 1 of Flavia's programs and am about to start a second. For the last couple of years I have been working out and cleaning up my diet, yet saw minimal changes. The strategy Flavia presents works. In 12 weeks I saw more changes than I did in over a year. I'm a real person, not someone being paid to say this or anything like that. I know it works, and have recommended her programs to so many people.

    If youre not uncomfortable then youre not working hard enough! Of course Im not talking about pain. If you have pain during a WO then something is wrong. If youre not pushing yourself above your comfort level then you wont get the results you want.

    Check out turbulancetraining(dot)com this is a great beginner workout then you can advance to Flavia's Full Body Licious program after that. Flavia also has beginner workouts on her youtube channel and blog, check them out.

    what you are saying isnt true.Firstly u have to know if you are in the category of strong willed people or not.Im talking from the male perspective though.I used to eat for the past 4 years a lot of sweets and fast food but over the last 6 months i completely stopped all that,which resulted in me losing 10 kg of fat in the first 3 months.SO it IS easy if you have strong will and it IS hard if you are a week person inside..No disrespect to you in case i sound insulting i apologize

    I couldn't agree with you more ! train hard, eat clean and in moderation. weight loss is a progression not a quick fix, and health is a lifestyle, not a diet. I love all of your videos
