    Fabulous advice Michelle, I lost my baby weight and it took me a whole year and was really hard work! And with you with emotional eating when I was pregnant I ate so much because I was so worried about my pregnancy. Loved the video xxx

    Hi Michelle! I totally agree with you. I use to be fit and now 45 has made it harder to loose weight…need to get more motivation and your video has motivated me to try a bit harder. I’m going to try not to drink coffee today😭 thanks for sharing!!! Already subscribed!!😘
