    I have a single doubt from months, there are so many excercises for this and that like for arms for legs n so on. But I donno which day I should do what? Or every excercise I should do everyday for a specified time. Plz clear this. M so confused. Basically I am okey in weight and everything, I want cheats tonning.

    Hello sunny, after two deliveries and feeding baby my boobs are busted like they are sagging and almost gone.please give an exercise schedule, diet… whatever required. I am seriously following the mommy tummy schedule and started getting results.now I want to have nice boobs too.kindly help.

My height is 5 feet and weight is 56.5 kilos. I am little overweight I guess. So I wana reduce my weight and get back in shape. Shall I reduce weight by following your women's workout series is this kind of workouts are enough to get back in shape? or else do I need to do strength training as well.
