    This video has changed my life. I started just a little over a month ago. It took me a week to make it from start to finish in 1 session. I would start from the beginning every morning and ever night. I got inspired and changed my diet. By week two, I was able to do the full video twice a day. I went from 126 to 111 lbs. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been at 33 years old. I have friends coming over to share the video and start their journey too. I can touch my toes and I am beginning to see definition in my arms and abs. Thank you Adrienne, for making me a healthier mom, wife, and dental hygienist.

    Ugh this was awful. The intro was repetitive and weird, and the flow throughout the entire video was compromised by her explanations. She'd have you stuck halfway into the pose explaining what's about to happen, and the breathing couldn't stay in rhythm. Ive done lots of her other videos and they're great but heads up, skip this one.

    Can anyone compare this with a 30 min HIIT cardio work out?
    I have been doing HIIT for past few months but recently I have injured my knee so can not do HIIT for few days as it involves a lot of jumping. So meanwhile thinking of doing this.
    Can I burn equal amount of Calories with this Yoga, as that of HIIT?

    That was much needed. It was a mild exercise but your humor and peacefulness was somewhat contagious. It helped ground me a bit and center me in my body a bit more, rather than responding to compulsive/ cyclic thinking. I've started to practice yoga daily to better manage my trauma symptoms and try to merge meditation and exercise into one practice. I feel noticeably better after every session. I hope that practicing yoga strengthens my mind over time. I'm happy to have this resource.

    Can you actually lose weight doing this everyday? P.s. I love this so much, I also added 6 min abs yoga workout to the end of this… It feels so good… ADRIENE U ARE SO AWESOME!

    Wow- quite a workout….i have been doing Yoga with Adriene almost every day during covid, but mostly stretching….decided that it was time to "get to work" on my core….where is it again?? I made it through, but just barely and I don't think i held the poses as long as Adriene did….hopefully I will get stronger….Thanks Adriene!!

    One thing I love about Adriene is the tone of her voice. There are plenty of talented Yoga Instructors out there that have unpleasant vocal tones, it ruins the session for me. Adriene is nice to listen to.

    Couldn't finish… I think i've done it wrong my wrist hurt and my arms are shaking so much. Feeling i cant bear my weight and it's like my abs didn't want to work at all… i'm a big piece of sad marshmallow :'(

    This is one I do repeatedly but the picture in the corner is troubling to me. On my screen she looks like she is choking on something and it makes my own throat tense and tight. I have to try to remember NOT to look at it.

    Hi Adriene. I have been doing yoga with you for about 2 years. to hear you say 2013 in this video was nuts. That seems like a whole life time ago.     I don't know why but yoga makes me lose more weight than cardio, Yoga makes you feel nice while running makes you tired and over eat.
