Keto Macrobiotic Blueberry Pie
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 cup of blueberries
- ½ cup of ground nuts
- 1 cup of apple juice
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
In dry frying pan, sauté flour shortly.
Then, combine fried flour with nuts and baking powder.
Add apple juice and blueberries while stirring. Let the dough sit for 60 minutes!
Pour mixture into an oiled baking tray and cook at medium temperature for 50 minutes.
