    This information isn’t correct. If you have PCOS you’re likely insulin resistant. You do NOT want to eat 5 meals a day, it will wreak havoc on your insulin levels. Do not listen to this woman.

    Guys. lost tons of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some tips now. Get a popular weight loss methods called Custokebon Secrets (do a google search). Thanks to it I've lost a ton of fat. I shouldn't even be talking about it cause I don't really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood right now so I'll share the wealth lol.

    A PCOS med student who can't sleep 8 hours per night coz books are waiting for you at table to read them and the last thing you know is you stayed up all night and it's 5am !! So you just take a quick 2&half hour nap and wake up next day for the same cycle of life.

    Hi.. I've been following you for awhile thank you so much for the knowledge. I been wondering about my digestion n eating habits.. how do I know when my hormones act up? & does pcos affect my digestion ? Or is that all my food choices? Also what do you know about pcos & bc pills? Does it really help?

    Thank u for getting straight to the point and not wasting time. I have PCOS and I cannot lose these 15 pounds for nothing. I lose 10 then gain it back. It was so easy 10 years ago I had a high metabolism now it’s so low plus I have insomnia. I eat healthy food and workout 3-4 times a week I walk 2x a day on my breaks which is total of 30 minutes and drink a lot of lemon/lime water.

    The last point is wrong. In fact women with Pcos should do the togal opposite. Intermittent fast to trigger insulin resistance. Insulin resistence is the main cause of high androgen and homormal imbalance.

    Does taking birth control such as the pill help with weight loss??? I was on Mirena and it made me gain weight and my mood swings were awful so now I'm off of it and want to lose weight.

    every girl on youtube says to ditch dairy but my doctor dint said that she just told me to make sure every time i eat dairy or meat to be organic so even though i eat organic is it still bad ?

    I was diagnosed with pcos three weeks ago! They gave me some pills to take ! I work at night & I be super tired in the morning to wake up to do anything ! What are some quick exercises I can consider or daily routines to do while at work to help lose weight !

    You went from exercising 6 times a week to 3 times a week and would do walking or yoga in between. So, you were still exercising 6 times a week. Walking is exercise. Yoga is exercise. Might help if you explain what you meant by exercise instead of just assuming everyone understands it the way you do.

    I am not sure I believe your 4th tip. Every time you eat you spike insulin, which is what can cause us some problems. If you are eating more fiber and good fats with your meals, you shouldn't be hungry throughout the day and wanting to snack.

    My good friend we’re talking among each other about their diet and how much weight they had lost. Previously, I`ve dropped 13 and a half lbs. Google “sowo hope site”. I find myself much better after trying this kind of life-altering diet.

    I watch all ur videos n follow tips as much as i can.. i have pcos since i reached my menarchy that's around 11yrs ago., i had put on medication for yrs but nothing seemd to work n from past 2yrs i myself ditched the medication n i learnt bout dairy n gluten effects on pcos patients and quit those as well but cant lose much weight.. please can u help me with it?

    please show your evidence. Place the links to the research paper so that I can view the results. I have not found one single research paper that backs some of your claims. So please put the links. Lactose is sugar, sure that stands, but nothing else. Evidence-based Medicine is gold standard.

    I have pcos, the way my life is setup right now, I can't afford to go to the gym everyday nor do I have the time to, I walk 60 minutes everyday + walk my dog 2 times a day on top of the 60 minutes, I weigh 105kgs I'm 5'1 and I work the rest of the time and wouldn't say it's a job where I constantly sit, I do in fact have dairy in my diet, I dont know how to replace it since I really don't like soy products.. especially the "soy milk" the most I've been able to lose through dieting and excersizes is 8kgs in a long time, after that 0.. I'd also gain those 8 and a few more on top after awhile so I don't know what to do 😣
